MIH is a debilitating dental condition affecting the enamel of the first permanent molars, primary molars, and permanent central incisors with colors ranging from white to orange spots in the enamel. For stress bearing teeth, the features include severe and rapid wear of enamel. The hallmark of this condition is patients experience severe pain to cold and it is almost impossible to get adequate anesthesia. The primary goal in treating these teeth is to avoid any drilling. This program will discuss proper materials and techniques for treating anterior and posterior teeth with resin infiltration and GIC.
